The discussions on science, training, cooperation in matters of biopharmaceutics and biotechnology in a series of fundamental and applied research, allows to generate innovations in scientific and practical areas and provide a synergistic effect among the participating countries of the Congress.
The program of the event includes various thematic panels and round tables in which different specialists (experts) in the topics participate and present their papers.
During the first day of the event, two panel sessions were held dedicated to new approaches and current technological platforms for the development of vaccines and medicines, as well as the preparation of new professionals in the biopharmaceutical industry.
Representatives of regulatory bodies and scientific institutions from countries such as Russia, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Cuba, El Salvador and India participated in the panel sessions
The Presidency of the Congress included leading figures such as the Special Representative of the President of Nicaragua, Laureano Ortega; Minister of Finance of the Republic of Nicaragua, Iván Acosta; Minister of Health of the Republic of Nicaragua, Marta Reyes; Executive President of the INSS, Roberto López; Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation, Alexander Khokhólikov and Director EUEF "IICVSSP" AFMB of Russia Viktor Trukhin.
